As proof of this commitment, at Brambles, Chep's parent company, 30% of management positions are held by women, 30% of which are at the top and 30% at the head of the group. These commitments were part of the group's sustainable development objectives.
Sabrina Pavaut, appointed Senior National Account Manager. At the age of 40, Sabrina Pavaut is now responsible for developing Chep's strategy with the sales team. In particular, she will contribute to strengthening the company's leadership through its operational excellence and its offer of differentiating solutions.
With Chep since 2015, Sabrina Pavaut first held the position of quality manager in the Supply Chain department, then managed the European Key Accounts sales team, with the challenge of developing the group's growth (calls for tenders, starting up collaborations, developing customer accounts).
Cassandre Byc, appointed EKA Manager. Cassandre Byc is in charge of the development of European Key Accounts (EKA) as well as the coordination and development of business managers within the sales department. She also works closely with the managers in charge of these same key accounts at European level in order to develop the business through sustainable partnerships.
Cassandre Byc, with Chep since 2016, was previously Field Service Manager in the Retail & Asset Management department and contributed in particular to the successful deployment of asset recovery actions and numerous logistical collaborations with distributors.
Laure Coent, appointed Senior Manager Customer Service Operations (CSO). Laure Coent joined Chep in 2001 and held various positions there before taking responsibility for setting up the various indicators used to drive sales performance (drawing up and monitoring budgets, asset controls, etc.).
At the same time, she made a major contribution to the implementation of various strategic European projects and their deployment in France. From now on, Laure Coent is responsible for customer service and is the guarantor of her operational excellence.
She accompanies and ensures the development of the team's employees, while being a source of proposals for the identification and implementation of the innovations needed to maintain the group's customer satisfaction.
