THE POSITION.

Context

Bioforce is looking for a Human Resources Manager for its headquarters in Vénissieux (69). You will be responsible for defining and guaranteeing, in conjunction with the general management, Bioforce's management and human resources policy for the head office and expatriate staff; executive and non-executive staff, guaranteeing the proper application of legal and regulatory obligations and the proper administration of personnel files.

The position includes an operational and strategic component. You will be a member of the management committee and you will be supported by a human resources manager to carry out your mission. Activities

Under the responsibility of the General Manager, member of the management committee, you will be responsible for : Participate in the definition, management and implementation of Bioforce's Management and
Human Resources policy of Bioforce

  • Develop and implement the annual HR action plan
  • Manage and implement all cross-functional HR projects
  • Ensure a legal watch in labor law
  • Establish and monitor the HR budget


Ensure the recruitment of executive and non-executive staff, headquarters staff and expatriates

Develop and implement a forward-looking management of jobs and skills

Lead the updating of job and position sheets and update the skills repository

  • Supervise the implementation of the skills development plan
  • Oversee the development of the training assessment
  • Launch and follow up the EAA campaign, manage the HR commissions
  • Carry out and monitor professional interviews
  • Supervise the administrative management of the personnel

Ensure the proper integration of head office / expatriate employees and ensure their administrative
and HR follow-up

Establish and transmit payroll variables and validate payrolls

  • Ensure the management of disciplinary files
  • Control the proper application of legal and regulatory obligations in social law
  • Participate in the animation of social dialogue and guarantee a good social climate

Prepare and capitalize on CSE meetings

  • Participate in the negotiation of company agreements in conjunction with the General Manager
  • Update the BDES
  • Provide advice and support to operational staff

Provide advice and support to managers and management in all HR areas

Respond to employees' requests
Ensure the management of the HR officer

DESIRED PROFILE.

Knowledge & experience

You have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a generalist HR Manager
in a similar position. Experience in the humanitarian sector would be appreciated in the following functions
headquarters/field.

You have experience in managing expatriate employees.
You know how to manage an HR policy and negotiate collective agreements. You have experience in
You have experience in salary policy redesign, change management, project management and IRP management.
(CSE)
You have a good knowledge of labor law.
You have a good command of office automation tools (Word, Excel) and HRIS; Payroll software (Eurecia,
INPACT)
You are fluent in written and spoken English.

Training

You have a Master's degree in human resources or social law.
Qualities
You are organized, rigorous, autonomous, reactive and adaptable. You have good interpersonal skills and know how to
discretion.
You have good listening and communication skills
You are able to make proposals and take a step back.

CONDITIONS.

Date of integration End of September / beginning of October 2021 Status Executive employee with a fixed day rate, salary according to profile / salary scale, luncheon vouchers, health insurance / provident scheme + 6 weeks of paid vacations / year + 10 days of paid leave + teleworking possible according to our company agreement / 50% of public transport costs covered + kilometre allowance for bicycles.
